This restaurant offers West Coast Inspired Indigenous Fine-Dining, from smoked sablefish to seared beef tenderloin, crispy pork belly to venison carpaccio, miso-glazed salmon to butternut squash ravioli, and banana bannock donuts, their inaugural menu is bursting with flavour and rooted in tradition. Ha’Me’ Restaurant is an experience like no other and a unique opportunity to taste authentic Indigenous flavours in an elevated dining environment.
