Lakeshore Resort is Columbia Valley’s largest lakefront campground and the only campground on the shores of Lake Windermere.
this scenic campground features 14 serviced lots with 30-amp electrical, 51 non-serviced lots, and 62 long-term/seasonal rental sites. The grounds include showers, walking trails, and a playground set against mountain views with easy lake access.
The Columbia Valley has been home to the Ktunaxa (‘k-too-nah-ha’) for thousands of years, and covers more than 70,000 square kilometres along the shore of the Columbia Rivers and the Arrow Lakes of British Columbia, and historically included territory throughout Alberta, Montana, Washington, and Idaho. The ʔakisq̓nuk (ah-kis-kuh-nook) First Nation call this valley home.
