This Valentine’s Day, we invite you to a fine dining experience shared with your loved one, shaped by thoughtful restraint, refined flavours, and a deep sense of place. Our Valentine’s prix-fixe menu draws inspiration from Indigenous knowledge and West Coast ingredients, honouring the land through balance, seasonality, and intention.
The evening features two thoughtfully crafted main courses:
Halibut, served with sticky rice, kombu stock, and miso hollandaise, a dish that reflects balance, depth, and the quiet elegance of the coast.
Cream cheese–stuffed chicken, layered with cranberries, walnuts, and orange, finished with rosemary demi and potato croquettes, warm, comforting flavours designed to be savoured slowly.
Each plate celebrates seasonality, connection, and the intimacy of sharing a meal together, where love is expressed not loudly, but with care.
