TwoChiefs is an Indigenous gift shop built on owner Kirkland Douglas’ home Territory of Cheam First Nation. Through TwoChiefs, Kirkland hopes to share the people, Nation, and Traditions behind Indigenous art with the world and to support the artists in a meaningful and ethical way. In the store, you will find curated goods designed and made by Indigenous artists and makers whose work carries cultural meaning and craftsmanship, such as Indigenous art, everyday goods, home items, personal care, apparel, children’s items, mugs, blankets, jewelry, bath products, coffee, cosmetics, and more. TwoChiefs works with Indigenous artists from Haida Gwaii to the Fraser Valley to Treaty Three Territory, alongside brands including RavenSong, and Spirit Bear Coffee. Every supplier is either Indigenous-owned or focused on authentic Indigenous design.
