We Wai Kai Campground

Located on the east side of Quadra Island, the We Wai Kai Campground is a year-round destination, owned and operated by the We Wai Kai Nation (Cape Mudge Band). The campground borders Rebecca Spit Provincial Park, a scenic strip of land extending into the ocean, lined with sandy beaches. It is also a short walk to Drew Harbour for swimming, kayak or paddleboard rentals and watching the sunset. On the Eastern Shore, you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise, watch and listen for whales passing through the Sutil Channel, or take a walk along the trail system into the Provincial Park. The route to the campsite involves mostly paved roads and is suitable for vehicles as well as bicycles. Amenities at the campground include sites serviced with power, potable water, recycling and waterfront sites. Unwind and reconnect with nature at this stunning Island campground.
