These courses are for people handling food – this may be those who are involved in preparing, serving, or selling food. This includes cooks, servers, food truck operators, kitchen managers, farmers' market vendors, and small-scale food processors. If your work involves food in any way, this training supports your role and your business.

Eligibility
Indigenous Tourism BC may cover the full costs of this training for eligible participants:
- Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Inuit, Metis) residing in BC
- Indigenous-owned tourism businesses (51%+ Indigenous ownership), and employees of
- First Nations-owned tourism businesses (51%+ First Nations ownership), and employees of

None for Food Safe Level 1.
