The Firecircle 5x5 Method™

The Firecircle 5x5 Method™ is a guided training program that helps tourism entrepreneurs grow stronger, smarter businesses.

The Firecircle Membership includes 12 months of full access to private mentorship, group support, one-to-one business mentor support, marketing labs, and a full library of tourism business resources, building success by focusing on five key areas:

  • Telling your brand story to stand out in the market
  • Creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • Designing and optimizing your operations
  • Building partnerships, packages, and pricing strategies
  • Managing your finances for real, lasting profitability

Entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses will build a tourism business plan step-by-step. While it is a self-paced program, the recommended time commitment is at least 4-5 hours/week to develop your tourism business plan over the first few months. 

Over 12 months, you’ll complete 25 short and engaging workshops filled with videos, worksheets, and real-world examples. Coaching is a key part of the experience: you'll get private mentor support, join weekly live sessions and marketing labs, and connect with others through open forums.

It's a hands-on, step-by-step program that helps you learn while building your business plan, so everything you do is useful right away. Learn to tell your brand story, create memorable guest experiences, fine-tune your operations, build strong partnerships, and manage your money better. You’ll walk away with real skills, clear direction, and a solid plan to help your business thrive.

Eligibility
Indigenous Tourism BC may cover the full costs of this training for eligible participants working in tourism:

  • Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Inuit, Metis) residing in BC
  • Indigenous-owned tourism businesses (51%+ Indigenous ownership), and employees of
  • First Nations-owned tourism businesses (51%+ First Nations ownership), and employees of

Prerequisites
This program is open for individuals to express interest in participation. While applicants do not need to have a business degree or formal training, this program is geared towards entrepreneurs and business owners looking to grow their business.
