Session Details
This customizable workshop, delivered by the ITBC team, is available in either a 4-hour or full-day (8-hour) format – tailored to suit your community’s goals and availability.
Eligibility
Indigenous Tourism BC will cover the full costs of this training for eligible participants:
- Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Inuit, Metis) residing in BC
- Indigenous-owned tourism businesses (51%+ Indigenous ownership), and employees of
- First Nations-owned tourism businesses (51%+ First Nations ownership), and employees of
- First Nations Communities in BC
Prerequisites
This workshop is open to any eligible groups or individuals (listed above) with an interest in tourism. No prior experience in the tourism industry is required. Curiosity, community connection, and a willingness to explore new opportunities are all you need to get started.
