Indigenous Tourism BC (ITBC) is a non-profit, Stakeholder-based organization dedicated to the development of a sustainable, culturally rich, Indigenous tourism industry in British Columbia.

The ITBC team provides support to all of our respected Stakeholders in experience development, training, funding access, networking opportunities, marketing programs, and current industry research. We are a community of leaders and innovators working together for Indigenous success in tourism.

Experience Development

ITBC’s Experience Development Team works closely with Indigenous communities and entrepreneurs throughout BC to support the development and enhancement of Indigenous destinations, tourism experiences and products. Our Indigenous Tourism Specialists are located in four of the six tourism regions in BC and are eager to build relationships and provide support that reflects Indigenous diversity in BC.
