Practical Tools for a Changing Market

Learn practical ways to strengthen your business in a changing market and how to leverage sustainability trends.
This 60-minute workshop is for Indigenous tourism operators who want to strengthen their business in a changing market. Through a mix of short presentations and open conversation, we’ll look at current trends and explore risks and opportunities. Grounded in Indigenous perspectives on sustainability and interconnectedness, we’ll share practical ways to think about market positioning — including how to market sustainability, reach the right visitors, and communicate what is inherent and sacred.
There will also be space to reflect, ask questions, and learn from each other’s experiences. You’ll leave with practical ideas and insights to support your next steps, from attracting aligned visitors to guiding how you grow and share your work.
