Bring ancestral foods and culinary heritage to visitors with these tools and community networks.

Indigenous culinary tourism goes beyond food — it is an invitation into living culture, where every ingredient, preparation, and sharing practice carries the knowledge and identity of a people. For Indigenous communities in BC, it represents an opportunity to lead visitor experiences on their own terms, generating economic return while strengthening cultural pride and continuity.
