It is marinated in wine using no preservatives or artificial colours. Their products have a minimum shelf life of five years with no refrigeration required, packed in a vacuum sealed foil retort pouch. The salmon is excellent for hiking as survival food and for gift giving because of gourmet quality and attractive packaging. They marinate our fillets in wine and cook over natural woodchips.
