The collection is extensive and always changing with new and fresh items arriving regularly. Gin Kuyaas means precious things, which is the closest translation to treasures. The house was named by late Haida elder, fluent speaker and great friend and mentor to owners Lisa and Jordon, Tsinii Stephen Brown.

Unwind at The Salish Sunset Cabin, situated in the private 9 acre forest on the waterfront of Bedwell Harbour on Pender Island, overlooking the nature reserve on South Pender. This is relaxation and privacy like none other with Seals, Otters, Herons, and Eagles visiting daily. The stairs from this cozy, rustic cabin lead straight to the beach with 360 degree views of ocean and forest. The cabin has one bedroom and a large loft, sleeping 6 people in total. There is ample room on the main floor to to snuggle up around the fireplace or hangout on the large wrap around deck for outdoor enjoyment and nature sightings.
As a Métis Cree person, the owner of this vacation rental promotes respectful land use and wildlife interaction on Pender Island. They built the cabin with sustainable practices at the forefront and ask that all guests be stewards of the land while visiting.
